"From an early age
I believed that stones and minerals had unique energetic
qualities, but with a lot of conflicting information available,
I never knew what or who to believe. A few years ago I ran
across reliable information on the subject and my interest
piqued. A friend of mine then introduced me to a Reiki healer
who turned out to be very gifted in many ways. She not only
helped me realize what energy minerals have, she has helped me
understand that the design of a piece will bring a lot of energy
to the wearer when made with dedication to spiritual principals.
She
has helped me understand how to make jewelry that maximizes the
effects and enhances the gifts that gems have to offer.
When I sit down at the bench to start a new piece, I don’t
start with an idea of what the piece will be for. That emerges
by its own volition. It is often from the shape and design of
the whole piece that the energy develops. The stone then
enhances this with its own inherent qualities. Sometimes the
stone dictates the energy, and the shape of the piece then
follows."

| Raymond Brown has been
making jewelry for 30 years. He is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of
jewelry design from Fashion Institute of Technology in New York
City, and he worked for Michael Bondanza and other designers
after graduation. He currently resides in Tucson, AZ
He has been interested in esoteric knowledge since he was a
teenager living on Long Island in New York. He has studied
Numerology extensively, and has given lectures, taught classes
and given private instruction on the subject.
He has recently been able to combine his interest in jewelry
and esoteric wisdom by an acquaintance with a gifted healer
whose intuitive perception of the unique energy in stones,
metals, specific designs, shapes, symbols etc has allowed
him to make jewelry that heals and transforms peoples spiritual,
mental, emotional and physical lives in a way that is highly
personal to each individual.
